Our Team
Elizabeth Inman
Elizabeth (Beth) Inman is the Chief Operating Officer of Integrative Wholistic Diagnostics Inc., which she co-owns with her sister Christen Kaplan.
Beth’s hands-on role in IWD is driven by both the practical and personal reasons she and Christen started the company.
Along with being IWD’s lead technician, Beth is an AFPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist and is furthering her education with an AFPA Supplementation Certification. Beth is deeply dedicated to ongoing learning in the health and wellness industry; the more she knows the more she can offer her clients on their health and wellness journeys. Beth is also COO of Love A Wholistic Life Inc., IWD’s sister company.
Prior to IWD Beth worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank. Her extensive business background pairs perfectly with her passion for helping others realize true health. She brings both of these elements to IWD every day.
Beth deeply values the one-on-one personal attention she is able to give IWD’s private clients with in-home testing. She is especially fulfilled by helping clients uncover and then monitor health issues they weren't even aware of.
Beth also enjoys her collaborations with physicians. The seamless, comprehensive experience she provides leverages doctors’ time and energy. Physicians deeply appreciate the immediate, in-depth reports available minutes after testing is complete.
For both private clients and physician’s patients, Beth’s reward and fulfillment is knowing that IWD’s testing is a huge step to uncovering and addressing health issues. She loves being part of a life-changing and sometimes life-saving solution!
Now empty nesters, Beth and her husband live in Travelers Rest, South Carolina with Max, their 135 pound Newfoundland and Miss Ruby, their much smaller (7.5 pounds) Pomeranian.
Beth loves her work, her family and is an enthusiastic hiker, golfer and traveler. She especially enjoys long walks on the beach and long summer evenings.
Christen Kaplan
Christen Kaplan is the Co-Owner and CEO of Integrative Wholistic Diagnostics Inc. and of Love a Wholistic Life Inc., IWD's sister company.
After 12 years of committing her life to a rigorous executive corporate structure with two of the top fashion houses in the world, Christen heeded the call to pursue her own work and co-founded IWD and Love a Wholistic Life with her sister Beth.
Christen’s passion is education and helping people achieve true, lasting health. She dedicated over 17 years to researching holistic nutrition, understanding lifestyle diseases and discovering effective preventative healthcare measures in nutrition that ensure a high quality of life.
Partnering with a wide array of medical professionals, Christen combined her extensive training and research into her proven nutritional program, You Deserve 2 Be Healthy. She has worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients and their physicians with this program, supporting patients diagnosed with obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other medical conditions that improve with proper nutrition.
Christen is an AFPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Supplementation Expert and has held certifications as a CPT, Post Rehab Specialist, Level 1 Postural Assessment Specialist and Medical Exercise Specialist. A passionate researcher and lifelong learner, she blogs at loveawholsiticlife.com on the topics of Health, Weight Loss, Nutrition, and Lifestyle.
Christen's current focus is creating the You Deserve 2 Be Healthy online program. This 12 week program takes participants on a step-by-step transformation from poor health to excellent health. Christen educates and motivates as she shows how the body can heal itself through holistic nutrition and supportive lifestyle changes. The program's objective is to eliminate medical conditions brought on by poor nutrition and poor lifestyle choices.
Christen lives in Orange County, CA with her two teenagers and two Labrador retrievers Cody and Adelina. She also serves as the Program Director for the Associazione Familia De Mon Rubro Monte in Monterosso Calabro, Italy where she owns a home and spends three months a year. Christen and her fellow members in the Associazione initiate programs and raise funding to ensuring the townspeople live in clean, beautiful, thriving communities.
When she isn't teaching, working with clients or blogging, Christen is perfecting her Italian, snuggling with her dogs, enjoying quiet meditation, or a day painting in her studio. She also loves yoga and video chatting with her sister.
Susan Leinen

Susan Leinen Design has been providing small businesses and non-profit organizations with solutions for marketing both on-line and in print since 2008. Susan specializes in finding web and print design solutions to meet the needs of her small business and non-profit clients. Unique and creative branding is developed and then used to help her clients market that brand effectively through professionally designed print materials and a current and relevant website.
Susan lives in Southern California and enjoys serving her family, church community and non-profit organizations. She enjoys travel, walking and hiking, and sketching on location. (Susan's Website)
